Clean rooms. Inside pool for kids. Comfortable beds, and good breakfast. Lots of parking.
Arcade prices a bit to expensive, but overall arcade games were good.

The hotel itself was beautiful.
My room was awful. Period blood on the furniture and carpet. Carpet was so dirty, my baby walked barefoot for 10 mins upon our arrival to the food and his feet turned completely black. Our shower had a horrible water temperature situation, our water would fluctuate between cold and like warm and it didn’t get hot at all. We traveled as a large family and we got 4 rooms and our room was the worst one. They also make you PAY FOR PARKING. Absolutely ridiculous. The beds are so warped and new pillows would probably be a great investment. Breakfast is fantastic.

The friendly staff, willing to make the customer happy. They offer bottled water.
The building is old. Elevator doesn't work, the parking fee should not exist.

Great location. Great service from a colleague (manager by the name of Rudy Close to the main road way to get to. Happy hour between 5.30pm- 7pm
Not much of a variety for the Breakfast The staff member could’ve told us about the happy hour between 530 and 7 pm but didn’t until I ask some other stuff next day what that is about

This has always been our fave when my son has a basketball game! Everything about it is nice and relaxing! Breakfast if delicious. Great stay, everything was fantastic, from Rooms to comfy beds! Restaurants inside hotels was convenient and yummy..The Arcade was my boys favorite. A relaxable home 7hrs away from your real home

Staff was super helpful. The hotel is spectacular and so beautiful. The indoor pool was a family favorite.
