- Hotel employee was exceptional at the front desk.Housekeeping was super responsive. The atrium is beautiful,the pool is nice. The breakfast was great. No hotel has a better complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay again
- The front desk personnel are great especially the women from wildwood nj. She has checked us in for our last two stays and is very nice.
Cons -
- Staff not friendly,they charged extra for early check in and late check out and at the bar 2 drinks was 85 dollars .Also 1 elevator worked .We love Embassy but not this one .
- I did get a room that had some minor wear and tear like the slow tub draining but this was minor compared to how clean and comfortable the room was
- I think a hotelntha5 caters to cruise travelers who may be checking in early should not b3 charging an extra fee for that convenience. The embassy suites is not motel 6, it’s a moderate to high end hotel charging a lot. This extra fee is annoying.
