The spaciousness of the room and the layout.
When taking a shower, the tub was very slow to release the water so that needs attention.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel and grounds were beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing so much to choose from. If you walked away hungry that's your own fault.
Was very disappointed that there was only complimentary coffee in your room and nowhere else in the hotel like a coffee station. Almost every hotel we have ever been at at least has a coffee station somewhere other than your room. You would think as nice as this hotel is they would have a complimentary coffee station. We had an issue with a loose toilet in the bathroom that made a loud noise every time you sat on it. We reported it to someone and they were going to have someone get back which they never did.

The location is perfect and the hotel is nice. The breakfast is really good.
The water pressure in the shower needs an improvement there is no pressure it’s very hard to take a good shower!

The room was clean and roomy.
The clerk told us we would have to pay for parking. However, she did not tell us that if we were handicapped that parking was free. The parking attendant gave us this information. She wasn't very helpful.

We were celebrating our 23rd anniversary the room was a king suite and it was excellent. The view from inside was amazing loved the atrium. Breakfast was great because they offered a omelette station, hot oatmeal and coffee and tea station, fresh fruits and pastries. Staff was great. Happy hour complimentary.Would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.
