- The politeness of staff , location excellent , pool and surrounding area very good , central atrium excellent area and free snacks and drinks 5pm-6.30pm very good

- Rooms are a bit jaded hotel needs refurbishing, but ok if priced ok . The $30 a day resort fee waste of time , did not receive waters on both days of stay and coffee station in room not replenished
- Charge for airport shuttle and $33 resort charge. We were only there one night and didn’t use the free shuttle to the beach
- Put us 1 fl under the gym. Dropping weights all night, didn't sleep. Next morning asked for a refund and was a no go. Left didn't stay next night.
