- It was very disappointing overall. Cocktail hour was disgusting and unsanitary. Overall hotel has gone extremely downhill.

- Room.was cool and not warm even though it supposedly was marking 80 but definitely did not feel like that. Also, swimming pool area and pool needs to be monitored for cleaning!
- Furniture is damaged. Housekeeping was infrequent.
- Water in sink didn't work, bathroom counter was broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Kleenex box empty. Happy hour food disgusting all in single bowl with all guests hands diving in and eating directly from them.

Didn't like to pay for extended Wifi to stream videos. Also, I don't think it's fair for us to pay a $12.50 parking fee per day.
