The location is great.

The rooms seemed out dated and the bathrooms were dirty. My husband even had a spider climb on him in bed. The breakfast area was very unorganized and ran out of food.

Noise from the elevator, constant and staff say the were not aware of it.

The breakfast was very nice and friendly staff. I requested a low floor room due too my husband hip replacement and problems with his knees with 2 queen beds. Once I arrived in town I stopped by the hotel to be confirm that my request stated on the reservation and could be honored and the staff on duty said yes no problem and he provided me with my room number. I also informed him that it would be late due to the event I was attended and I was told no problem since he provided me with my room number 208. I also a called expressing we would be late arriving at the hotel due to the event and was told no problem. We arrived back to the hotel after ten with no room 208 it was occupied by someone else. He wanted to put us in room 825 but that was not good for my husband with hip surgery, bad knees and problems with height. We were put in room 207 a handicap room & it was horrible. I was not clean and had a very bad odor and the bath tub was dirty I called the front desk to express my concerns but no other lowroom was available. The hotel engineer came up to room with something to put on the carpet and it was only a temporary fit. The room and hallway outside the room smelled like it had been wet with a stale odor. I request something to clean the tub but he didn’t have access to that. The staff member said he called another Embassy Suite and they sold out and I made calls to several hotel but no luck so we had no other choice but to sleep in that room. The next morning I visited the front desk and the very nice young lady was very accommodating after I told her my problems. I was told that room 208 should have been blocked for me due to having reservations. I have stayed at this Embassy Suite several times due to conferences and events at the conference center with no problems but we were disappointed on this stay. I have another event coming up in Tampa with my stay booked at the Embassy Suite I’m praying I do not have a bad experience like this one.

Location, breakfast, hotel lobby very spacious, and the room accommodated my family of 4 comfortably.

2nd time staying at this hotel and only one set of elevators were working.

Spacious room. Good breakfast, including an omelette chef.

Expensive parking, Dim lighting in the room and in the common areas.

Perfect location, super close to Icon Park. Really good breakfast with lots of variety.

Great location, very nice hotel, with hot tube and indoor pool. Complementary breakfast is amazing, with omelets done at the moment from the chef. Great place at a very good value, especially considering it's on international drive.

Hot tube/indoor pool should be adult only past 9pm: there were kids literally screaming all time, until the pool closed.

Old building, outdated (e.g. the tub etc) Also there were tweaks that needed to be completed prior to our arrival for example batteries for tv remote needed replacing, lamps weren’t hooked up and working, no coffee cups were what we noticed
