- I expected more from a four star hotel. This was one of your secret deals and it was awful.
- Everything was great about the hotel and staff from check in to the airport shuttle and even when asking for help finding things to see or do in the area. The maintenance crew when we had a problem with the a/c were awesome

- Shower did not get hot. Plugs on lights did not work correctly making sleeping equipment to repeatedly fail.
- Was told at checkin that we would be able to stay in the same room even though we had separate bookings. Went to get our room keys re coded the next morning and they said we would have to move rooms. Shower wouldn't turn enabling hot water, 2nd night.
