The accommodations were great,the location was great, the check-in process was great. An employee ZULMA was very helpful with information prior to my arrival, a real life saver !

night 1we had no heat , as the room was cleaned daily basic supplies were not restocked...no cups no water. Lastly the breakfast buffet was amazing however there should have been bacon in the main service area versus having to wait in the omelet line just to get bacon and there should have been softened butter for the toast and bagels....

Excellent hospitality and facilities!

Our first two days at the hotel was good besides the uncomfortable beds and early morning construction. We also enjoyed the breakfast for the first 2 days we were there. The location was also very nice and convenient.

The pool and other amenities were all a disappointment. There were not enough chairs by the pool, there was never any towels restocked the 3 hours we were sitting by the pool. The pool was also dirty, small, and very cold. Other things that did not meet our expectations were the poolside bar and grille was not open from 11-11 as we were told. We tried to get a drink and snack here, we waited 30 minutes before a worker came out, and then we were told they were not open from 3:30-6pm and were not told why. We had construction going on right above our room Sunday and Monday from 8am-6pm. It was very loud and shook things in our room. We were not warned about this or given any answers when we asked how long it would be going on. We also had several lights in our room flicker the entire stay. We brought it up to the front desk the first morning after we arrived and no one ever stopped by or asked to help with it but it made it very difficult to get ready. We also were unaware of the cost of parking our rental car but there was a $25 fee each night we parked and there was no other option or free parking. The shuttles they promise also only go to two of the Disney parks which was also dissapointing.

The manager Daniel was absolutely amazing this guy remembered my name days after checking me in. My name. Left me speechless. Wow. The facility was spot on. Real food for breakfast with a cook who was taking orders. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I have to give the manager credit. He runs a very well organized Establishment. All 10’s in my book. This is my new favorite hotel

Our stay at Embassy Suites was awesome. The room was larger than we expected and there was daily cleaning. The best part of this hotel was the inclusive breakfast, you had access to a buffet and a variety of beverages at no extra cost. There was also a complimentary snack in the afternoons.

The downside to this hotel is that the hotel shuttle to disney is limited and not available for some parks, so you have to first take the shuttle to the available park and then find your way to your desired park. We had to use Uber most of the time.Another downside is the non-availability of Beef for non-pork eaters. The only protein served throughout our stay was pork.

The hot water for showers takes about 10-15 minutes to warm up.The food menu at the bar was not that good.The towels are very cheap.The cleaning service is horrible
