The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean. Reasonable price and excellent food service.
The only setback was the elevator. It takes longer time to wait from having only one button to goes up and down.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent for the amount of people needing served. The room was comfortable.
The temperature regulation was hard to control. It always seemed quite warm in our room (even for winter) despite turning down the heat.

It’s super close to stores, movies, coffee spots, restaurants, bus stops, etc.
The heater did not work while we stayed, & the tv in the master bedroom was not working. Vents were dusty. And I notified staff about these issues and nothing was done.

Comfortable bed and quiet room on corner. The evening snacks were nice. Enjoyed the pool. Had to leave early so can't comment on breakfast
