The $79 charge to park your car. They removed some off the rooms. Now there is no space to put your toiletries. They are using the sink to put bath towels.

Bed was too firm, interior is a bit dated, and the Peloton bike in the gym was unusable (no WiFi connection, broken seat adjustment lever)

They moved my room without telling me until I got there and then acted like I clicked the wrong room but after being questioned. Admitted the manager moved it.

Location is the best.

Reception was rude at the time of checkin. Very poor service as the hotel doesn’t offer a single bottle of water at the time of checkin. Breakfast items served doesn’t have any labeling so you have to constantly ask the staff what it is.

Hotel and room was clean but my room did have a musty smell. Kept windows cracked throughout the day to help keep fresh airflow. Overall room was nice and perfect for my family of 5

The complimentary breakfast is a big thing for our family. This was more just just a continental breakfast. They had plenty of choices, both hot and cold, and even had a omelet station with fresh eggs and your choice of toppings every morning!

Staff! He was one of the workers that cleaned the hospitality area. Very friendly and kind. Always a smile on his face and very willing to help with anything. He took his job seriously and did it very well.

Elevators were very slow and one was stuck on the 11th floor for more than a day even after I told the front desk about it. Getting a luggage cart in the elevators while other passengers were in there was impossible. Had to walk it down 4 floors

Great location for seeing Chicago. Organized for family travel.

WiFi barely works. You get 10-15 minutes at a time then has to refresh.

The room fit all 5 of us comfortably and was in a perfect location!

The room smelled a bit, off. Not really sure how to describe it.

Elevators are super slow and impossible to get in the morning before checkout!!! 10min or more wait times.

My room was ready when I arrived but I still had to pay $40.00 to check in

Location was great and having a happy hour was nice.

I had a broken TV that they couldn't replace and had to tell 3 people about it that didn't seem to care. Also the pull out couch still had a pillow and change left in it from who knows how long. Room wasn't stocked properly with coffee cups, etc.
