Location, location. Location. Great value for downtown Greensboro. Cute boutique hotel, free parking, friendly competent staff. Comfortable room with some nice amenities. Liked the continental breakfast with the option for other meals at very reasonable prices <$10. Great find!

The location is great. Love the decor. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Water pressure isn’t great. Lighting in bathroom isn’t good for putting on makeup.
