Pools were close to room. Washer and dryer were close. Rooms were quiet. Bed was comfortable
One elevator for luggage on opposite side of the building from room. Outside window was filthy. Locked gate to pool would not unluck with room key (repaired eventually). Food and drinks very expensive, $11.00 for 16 Oz beer. 18% gratuity automatically added to every bill. Clean Bedding was provided after our first week but we had to change it.

The rooms, amenities, pools.
The opening hours of many restaurants inside the hotel are not accurate, and the staff give different information. That should be improved.

There are several nice pools with lots of room. The Splash Lagoon has a unique waterfall, and the Lazy River is huge, with similar waterfalls.
I agreed to attend the 'resort tour' because the guy was nice, and I understand they work on sign-ups. Unfortunately, I was stung in the mouth by a wasp about an hour later, and my husband told the desk that I wouldn't be able to attend the next morning. The rep called my room saying I'd be charged a $60 cancelation fee for not attending the tour, which ironically was to "gift" me a $200 resort credit for attending. I understand detering no-shows, but I never expected to get stung in the face. I was told my only chance to have this fee waived was to "go to the lobby the next morning and show them my swollen stung face as proof." After a sleepless night and 3 benadryl, I dragged myself to the lobby. The response I received from a different rep, "Well you signed a paper. You committed. There's a $60 fee for not attending. I'll talk to my director. She'll 'probably' do something for you, but I'm not promising anything and won't see her until Friday (2 days before leaving). I was shocked by the irony of 'if you don't go on our tour and take a free $200 resort credit, we're charging you $60, regardless of whether you were stung by a wasp at our facilities due to a wasp nest that we neglected to treat.' In tears, I said, "This is crazy. I don't have a crystal ball," to which the marketing rep told me that I can "stop being condescending." Yes, I, the customer, who was stung in the mouth at THEIR resort, my upper lip swollen beyond my nose, in tears, was the condescending one AFTER the marketing team made me parade my swollen face down there to beg for mercy. I asked if this was the standard treatment for women, to which he barked, "Oh you want to make this out to be sexist? Why don't you send your husband down here and see how I talk to him?" Well, my husband was promptly refunded for the $60 room charge without hesitation.

Great family-friendly location! Will return!
Access to information. Felt like I had to watch the TV for QR codes for just about anything I need information on or Google it.

The rooms were very accommodating, they had everything we needed. The amenities were great with multiple pools and activities for the whole family. They have restaurants on property and on site shuttle service to get around the property. The location is great as well with attractions and restaurants nearby.
Everything was great
