- Room was small.Breakfast was only a packaged pastry
- Well, it's a $---/night 1 star motel that's grossly overpriced. Lite up like daylight with hundreds of LED lights and freeway just above it.
- Our car engine failed on the way to the motel. I called the owners, and told them the problem, and asked if I could reschedule the 3 nights. She told me that I couldn't, and my account will be billed for $--. Not a very good experience. F-

Check-in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
The owners should update the furniture; it was chipped and shabby. The toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper was left on the back of the toilet. The hotel is next to the freeway so if you are a light sleeper, be prepared to hear it all night.
The location and the cleanliness of the room.
The woman at the front desk was very rude, and they were nosey. Seemed like the were watching your every move.
The water pressure was great
1st the smell , wiped everything down with Simple Green-joint compound patches everywhere-chips and ware on all furniture-was about to move the fridge stand and it was wobbly so I left it-soap holder in tub was flimsy-complete disappointment
I did not like a single thing about this hotel.
This hotel was disgusting. The WiFi I was given didn¿t work. The room was filthy¿ I didn¿t even feel comfortable laying on the bed without a towel underneath me. There were multiple things broken in the room. And the staff were rude and awful.
We have stayed here before and we noticed a difference. They are making it look better.
Sometimes they don't always check to see if all is okay because they are either short staffed or super busy.
Location
Staff was rude at first but got friendlier because we had to contact them so many times to fix things. Broken towel rail, dead bugs on window sills, tv broken.
Leaving
Paid for a queen room was downgraded to a full size with no discount. Bugs on the walls in the room. Put at a different Motel all together. No ice machine,no Vending, and no staff at this Motel
I do like that woman that works the front desk. I have no idea why she's mean to me. They advertise that pic in a parking lot of decent motel rooms and then she shoved me into the next parking lot over where they are renovating. I got to my room and frea
I got to my room and freaked out there were little black bugs. Bugs came out of the air conditioner. Run from room 16 and run from 17!!! Yuk! The tv works great if you can figure it out but the bugs scare me. They were in both rooms. I have red bites!
The lady that runs the hotel is very rude. She screamed at me and treated me like I was scum. The man that is there in the morning was nice, but they are obviously not on the same page.
It is a quaint little motor lodge. The room was good, with flat screen TV, coffee pot and refridgerator.
Well, the pool was invisible. And the dumpster was two doors down, full and smelly.
The privacy was marvelous. The fact there were no children running around and just being themselves. God is good
head fell off the first time I touched it. The water pipe from the wall had threading, however, the shower head had not one ioda of shredding. Oops!
The pool area was nice
We were only given 1 bath towel to start with. There was no hot water to take a shower or bath in the morning.
Quiet, plenty of parking, and had nice t.v., a fridge and a microwave.
The shower was small and the shower head waa so high...difficult to rinse your feet and private areas, had to use the ice bucket cilled with water to do so.
Close to the historic downtown Placerville area.
The manager was rude. The room smelled so badly of bleach we had to immediately open it all the way up. Super small room & not a queen size bed which is what we were supposed to have. Will never return or recommend!
It was quiet and clean. Very, very clean. The shower was hotter than needed (which is better than not enough) and the WIFI was spot on, as advertised. Overall, this hotel ROCKS!!
No, well, I guess, but it is not the hotel's fault. There were many characters running around the parking lot. Whenever I opened my door to go out to my car, I would see people running in-between cars and the big trucks parked there. Not Hotel's fault.
Comfortable clean room
Some parking stalls were short and hard to pull into
