Desert Palms Hotel Suites

The hotel is close proximity to Disneyland, restaurants,and pharmacies. The staff was attentive and polite.

Our room seemed outdated, but the major factors that made our stay questionable was the fact that the equipment were faulty. The room either had issues with the outlets not working or the equipment was the problem. The iron and tv would occasionally work. Whenever it didn't work, we would have to switch outlets. In addition, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable as it felt hard.

The location was great.

I didn’t find the beds overly comfortable. The sheets felt starchy. Breakfast was just okay, but was convenient to have.

I did not like the 12 hr wait for TP. Asked for: towels and TP. Expected a pile left on the bed maybe with a couple rolls of TPCame back late to all fresh towels, dirty pile removed and also all trash cleaned and removed but zero TP. So I call back down and ask for more just mentioned the super kind housekeeper must have for got…..30 Min later I call again and try to be humble and kindly beg for answers on access to TP to lighten my having to even ask for a 3rd time after my 1st night of a five night stay with 6 females in the room. I just laughed and told the guy he will probably receive another call in the next few days for that reason. He was just as surprised we did not receive the request, but hey messages get messed up. TP made its way to us asap. We all had a fun story and no upsets.

The hotel was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food options were plentiful and the location was great, walking distance to everything you could need.
