The location is quite good

This is a lovely hotel, looks like maybe it has been recently re-decorated, or renovated.Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful right from the get go. We had booked 3 rooms for our family of 9, and were early checking in, but were charged only one early check in fee, so we really appreciated that. The rooms were lovely, very clean and tidy. We had a king room which had a lovely big modern bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed with big soft pillows. It is close to all the things you wants to see, Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre, and a quick 10 minute drive to Universal Studios.Great restaurant, we ate there both nights we stayed, and one breakfast too. The food is very good, and the service was amazing. The guy who was working there seemed to be on his own and was so nice and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. There didn't seem to be any decent restaurants out and about so this was great for us.We had a car, and while the valet parking was expensive, but probably to be expected for this area, and the service was great.We would absolutely stay here again, and definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to Hollywood. This hotel is good value for money.

Location is great. Pool was very relaxing to be at.
Only thing is, the coffee was not great... That needs to be a focus in the mornings to always keep coffee stocked up. It would attract more people to come stay for business and overall going to the theme parks, etc.

The whole place smelled musty, the whole place needs an update. What really threw me off was the extra $55 for valet parking.

The hotel is just OK, I think is expensive for what offers. The breakfast is horrible! They have "breakfast" just to check-it on a list of options.

No problems, booked, paid, check in all good. Room had everything you need, whole hotel very clean. Nice pool area, only negative is the hot tub, very over chlorinated, stayed in there for 45 minutes, skin started to burn and swimwear had been dyed of colour.

very nice , love the fact that the front doors were locked at night . Beds were super comfy & also the pillows . very easy check in and enjoyed our stay !
