Roaches, dead bugs in picture frames, crawling bugs in bathroom, no ventilation in bathroom, loud barking dogs/people

My first room was OK but I had no hot water. That’s why I rated it at one then I moved into a suite had really hot water and it was great. It was an overall day.

Nothing absolutely nothing

Filthy. The 1st room had water damage and mold and dead bugs on the floor. They moved us to room 2 with roaches climbing on walls, blood door, walls and mirror that were dried. And a swastika was drawn on our door that wasn’t there when we entered.

This hotel is so bad there's not a single thing I liked about any of it. It was a dump.

They will not clean the room nor do they replace towels or anything else even take out the trash. You have to do it all yourself.

Didn't stay, it was a set up for murder. The room was set up the lock set was tampered with. The windows was screwed shut from the outside. There were 4 people ready to pounce as I and the dog exited. By God's grace the dog scared them off. The "check i.

The front desk always in on the set up to rob me maybe worse

Like the customer service and the pool area was clean. We did use it but it looked very nice.

Very loud, walls seemed to be paper thin, they have a restaurant but was not open

Had a broken chair in the room would not give me a different chair. I had no way to do my paperwork then they ripped me off for five dollars said it was for parking. They took it off. My credit card without asking

No bedbugs

Odor, mold, air conditioning wall unit FULL of brown dust/dirt. Obviously not serviced for possibly years.

No hot water. Had to mop the floors ourselves because they didn?t. Garbage can had garbage still in there from previous guest.

Sub standard bathroom, rust decay and very dirty room

A lot, customers service is zero, bedbugs in the room they never see it as big deal, they don?t have no spreed sheets. A lot.?.

They allowed pets, which during the hurricane evacuation was necessary.

The rooms were filthy, the facility was not being maintained. There was not USB power connections. The balcony sliding door were screwed shut. No back up generator for elevators. They claimed to be per friendly, but made no accommodations for pets.

Location / sports bar next door

Walking into a hot room because the AC was intentionally set to a high temp so the hotel will save money. The room took a long time to cool down. Unacceptable!

It was close to an event we were attending.

Amenities were very sparse. No tissues in the room, for example. Front desk undermanned. To be fair, though, this was right after Hurricane Helene passed through, and they were likely understaffed due to that event.

Very nice pool area

Well first thing I would say is this hotel accepts cash just pay on a daily basis don't prepay anything because they got me for $---. The room was disgusting when I got there and reeked of urine. No grass for dogs to go on not even in parking lot

It had a pretty nice pool.

I booked a disabled access room. The room I got was labeled as disabled, but less handicap accessible than most hotel rooms I stayed in. It had no wheelchair access in the bathroom, no safety bars, the bed was too high, and on the second floor.

Garden area around pool very welcoming. Check in quick and friendly

Coffee pods absolutely terrible

The courtyard was beautiful.

One of our rooms had a lot of roaches. Most of the grout in the bathroom was missing. The doors were difficult to open and close.
