Safe, secure parking and accomodation. Great facilities and service. Clean and comfortable. Always stay here when coming through Isa.

This place was great, the only nitpick I have is that there is no direct connection from the hotel to the secure parking. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly, and the attached restaurant served delicious food.The price was reasonable for the level of comfort and convenience received.

Air vent in bathroom non functional. Lighting for work purposes very bad. Internet connection not reliable.

Passage way smells not pleasant during cleaning of rooms, washing and drying of linen- aircon should be functional in those areas.

The rooms exhibit considerable age, featuring numerous marks on the walls. I paid for parking, yet the gates malfunctioned on several occasions. My bag was left behind on the street as the gate closed behind me. Following multiple efforts, I successfully managed to open the gate. Would not recommend.

Secure parking which was an additional cost of $25 per night.

Quite expensive for the condition of the room. The restaurant was overpriced for what you got. Booked a table for 2. Only 1 cutlery service plus a left over dirty fork and crumbs from a prior meal.

Phone in the room didn’t work, anything that was asked to be brought to the room never arrived. Also the pool door was locked between 8:00pm and 10:00pm bit confused on the opening hours

Large room, very clean, balcony, overlooks town centre, can walk anywhere you need to.

Outside of building was tired, had to pay extra for secure parking we were unaware of when we booked.

Good location in Mt Isa. Basic hotel and probably best of a bad bunch in Mt Isa unfortunately.

I booked because of the central location in Mount Isa. This was the most suitable site and served its purpose.

Breakfast was very limited in selection and often ran out of items. The sandwich press was very dirty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for far to long.I booked in the restaurant and still had to wait for 30 mins for my table. Once seated I again waited for 20 minutes for my drink order and had to remind them after 45 minute that my entree had not arrived. When it did it was a crusty piece of bread with some pesto smeared over it with a few cherry tomatoes on top trying to pass of as bruschetta. I ended up walking out after 75 minutes when I was finally informed that they had run out of the steak that I had ordered.

Room over looking a car park, sub-standard, dusty with hard bed. As with most accom in Mt Isa expensive for 'what you get".

For the price it didn't seem to be that much better than other cheaper hotels

Bed was very comfortable and AC works well along with good size rooms.

The restaurant onsite has a very limited menu and is expensive and also doesn't open on Sunday night. Considering there is nothing included I thought this was expensive for a old hotel.

That I had to ask to cold water to keep in my room, every accomodation should provide free cold drinking water without having to ask. I stayed a week and only found breakfast on the second last day wasn’t told about breakfast onsite, also couldn’t work out how to call reception on the phone not listed anywhere.
