Burke and Wills Hotel Toowoomba

Never even had to leave the place, restaurant has exceptional food. The staff are all very friendly. We've been here multiple times and the staff are what keeps us coming back, and of course the food.

The rooms are a little on the smaller side. Mainly the squishy bathroom.

Beautifully maintained older Hotel, with loads of character. Ultimate convenience with its location, and dining options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the city views from the upper rooms.

Celebrated a night out for my 60th birthday. We booked in late and got room service for our dinner. Fantastic fast service, large meals and definitely value for money with generous servings.

WOW reception was amazing with the crystal chandeliers. Very clean and welcoming. Fantastic location close to grand central. Restaurant looks great. Friendly staff and welcoming.

Need anti slip mats in shower all the time as extremely slippery.Beds need the wheels to lock.To much stuff in little fridge need to be able to put your own stuff in it.

The breakfast I ordered via room service arrived smothered in hollandaise sauce. I asked for it to be on the side as I mentioned i was Dairy free & have intoletances including excessive foods. The coffee was not hot as well.

Very small and there was not much of a view, no balcony so it felt little

Beautifully presented, great location, clean and well equipped.

The only minor issue was the cover for the drain in the bathroom was loose and moved when you walked on it. Nothing major.

The location was superb close to all shops and restaurants. Laundry facilities were fantastic as we had been traveling for over two weeks and needed to wash clothes desperately! Staff were very helpful also. Convenient on site parking was great.

We would have preferred a king bed. Breakfast was buffet only. No other option unless we used room service. A simple alternative breakfast was not available we were told.

Soap scum ring around the spa bath, fecies running down the outside of the toilet, carpet not vacuumed, no complimentary water... No compensation of any form for the disgusting inconvenience
