- hot springs were beautiful and fun for the kids
Cons -
- They charged us for kids, even though we had previously booked including our kids. Also the TV didn't work well. Also the sewerage smell getting out of the thermal pools is horrible... hope they can fix that asap.
- Breakfast was great, dinners were ok. I didnt understand why it took so long to seat people when there were so many empty tables. At first I thought it was because the tables were reserved but I dont think that was it. For both dinner and breakfast.
- Not much variety in dining options - particularly for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was excellent, but very expensive. At check out, we received a "departure gift" of tropical fruit - it was 2 apples. Somewhat insulting considering $--- room rate.

The actual hot springs
We splurged and got the honeymoon suite which for the cost was far below my expectations for a really nice room. The outdoor spaces were ok.
Everything at the resort was wonderful. The room was beautiful the hot springs are unmatched and the service or exclent. It may cost a little more then other places but is well worth the money.
There was nothing we didnt like about the resort
