The staff did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

The air conditioner did not keep up with the heat wave. But, the front desk staff bought us an air cooler.

Indoor parking, great breakfast with lot of warm and cool choices.Comfy beds and pillows.Really nice staff.Easy access from autobahn, supermarket nearby. Not far from charming citycentre.Also the lobby-area is really nice decorated. Recommend this strongly. Especially for a stopover when cruising in Germany. Treats for the dog upon arrival.

Room a bit on the small side

The hotel was in a very convenient location - right near Mannheim's Maimarkt Club. That's the place where numerous festivals and concerts are held throughout the year. I liked that there was plenty of parking available at the hotel and around it. The room was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable, too.

I didn't find anything to dislike.

Good location, clean and big room, quiet.

The manager on the day i checked in was very good and helped me allot and upgraded my room for not having what i requested for a double bed. Free water and tea which is great. Really big rooms

Location was great. The chap on reception was very friendly and helped me. Breakfast excellent.

Was really nice and clean our room, no any problem with it.

Only was for us the problem abaut the restaurant and the bar. It was closed on sunday and this not written anywhere online, there written every day open. We book the hotel because we was after a long drive and we want to have a nice drink and food. On the end in 10-20 min walk we find one restaurant there was nice, but we was just drink there one drink, then go back to hotel and after on the evening we was just ordered some food from online, because we was tired to go back again to restaurant. I understand the restaurant need many staff, but maybe the bar can open. Only this was our problem anything else was ok.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, air conditioning was working well, quiet, easy reachable from the motorway and parking available.

Nothing as such, but would have been nice to have the restaurant open for an evening meal. Helpful advice was given on where to go for a meal so not too much of an inconvenience.

Convenient location to visit the Altstadt of Ladenburg and Heidelberg.

Room felt a bit dated, although clean and comfortable.

We stayed with family for one night after one complete driving day. Nice clear rooms, friendly staff, great location and sufficient parking!

The offered free covered parking because the open one was full

We stayed at this hotel when we just needed somewhere to stay for the night. We booked really late in the evening the very same day but everything with the checking in went very smooth and the staff were very friendly. The private garage was perfect as we could leave most of our bags in the car. The family room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Great breakfast with a good selection of fruit, bread, cakes and hot dishes. Very family friendly hotel. Our children loved the free bars of chocolate!

No kettle in the room but a coffee machine but there were

Hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging for an item we had accidentally left in our room to be returned to the UK.

A nice hotel that suited our needs for our two night stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom as expected. Decent choice and nice quality at breakfast.

Easy to find location

Parking was a bit tricky as was very busy the day we stayed

Close to Heidelberg, easy to access by car. Very helpful staff, the room was big, clean, over all quite pleasant experience.

The facility was a bit old, but well maintained. If you arrive late, you need to park in nearby industry area, which is about 5 mins walk.
