Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that guests must use a credit card which will directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used. The hotel will not be responsible for double charges. The hotel will e-mail guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID. Total price of reservation will be settled upon departure, except for reservations with special terms and condition. Please note that hotel does not provide rooms for self quarantine purpose during pandemic. In accordance with the recent DKI Jakarta Governor Decree no. 938 Year 2021, all guests are required to be vaccinated and show vaccination certificate upon check-in and dining.
