Asia Hotel Bangkok

Convenient location. Right on the BTS, 1 stop from Siam Square, 1 stop from Phaya Thai station where the train from the airport stops. Rooms are a decent size, clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 2nd time staying there and I’m sure I’ll go back.

The staff was the BEST!! Helpful , informative and always there when we needed some advice or assistance. Always smiling and willing to do anything to help.

There was some noise from a nearby bar but the staff was able to ensure quite time by midnight,

Excellent breakfast, clean spacious rooms, right beside transit and close to the mall. Walking distance to the markets.

The staff members were very polite and always ready to intervene and solve problems with a smile and the proper attitude that made you feel cared for.

They were unable to produce a receipt with my fiancée's name included. This can help when documentation about our relationship is presented to the embassy when I request her fiancé visa in order to get married in the USA. I wish you can provide me.

This was my third time back. Its hard to beat this hotel, from ease to get to from the airport, to being right on the BTS Skytrain Route, to a super good Buffet breakfast

It took me 20 minutes to check out, which was annoying, as they waited to get someone to inspect my room. Also, was not confident the 1000 Baht security will get back on my card

The location drew me to this hotel. Right on the bus line. Other than that, the hotel was great for the price. Just remember there is a 1000bht deposit upon arrival and the city map in the room isn't free!!

Everything was in walking distance and the rail line on the second floor.

The price I paid is a little high compared to other hotels at the same level. I would be better if the same price includes breakfast.

The stuff were friendly, they were really helpful trying to do there best .The location was great , everything you need from food , transportation , 7elleven , nice restaurants were around .

Nothing important just the rooms have been a little bit outdated! However we show a sign that they have the renovation in some floors!

The absence of an iron in the rooms slightly embarrassed me, as I was unable to iron my clothes. Additionally, your ironing service is very expensive and not available at all times; it is restricted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., after which guests are unable to have their clothes ironed. I kindly request that you consider providing an option that allows guests to iron their own clothes in their rooms, even if through alternative technologies such as steam or other suitable methods.

Very central very clean very comfortable. Very value for money..!

Location was perfect. Close to the train station and many restaurants and street food around. Lobby was lovely. Very royal.

Room is not very spacious.

Love the location, it’s in the middle of the urban jungle and accessible to many shopping spots.

The front desk/reception. The woman checking me in was not nice and felt irritated I don’t have my passport and showed him my US driver’s license instead.
