Nice hotel, nice - real- breakfast, very convenient to our destination (family) & across the street from a terrific coffee shop: Nervous Dog. Staff was very helpful in moving us after a first night when pounding noise - source still not determined - kept us awake most of the night.

We initially had a room on the 4th floor as requested. Around midnight a pounding noise above/near our room started and continued on and off the rest of the night, keeping us up most of the time. I went down to the front desk at about 3 am, fellow offered to move us then or in the am. Decided to wait till morning tho didn't get much sleep. Still puzzling over the source of the noise; staff didn't know or figure it out either. We've stayed in rooms on other side of the hallway in the past without incident.
