Open all year long,Reception is open daily from 11:00 until 20:00. This hotel is located next door to the Harrison Hotsprings Mineral Pool, which is open to the public all year round. Vancouver is 2 hours' drive away and 1 hour drive from Hell's Gate. Harrison Resort Golf Course is 6 minutes' drive away.

- I was charged a $20 cash fee for checking in at 11pm. They never mentioned the fee when i called 4 hours earlier. They said it was on their website. I pulled up their website and they couldnt show me where it was. She said the owner told need more space
- The restaurant was not open. Black stuff in the tiles grout in the shower. Dust build up on the window ledge. Had to call to check in.
