- The only thing we had that could have been better was that the ?air conditioning ? was not very good.

- Lots. Wasn¿t given a privilege room. Staff were rude to me and my son. Laughing that I don¿t have a view of the Eiffell tower. This was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I would never stay at this hotel again. Check in was difficult and long.
