Pros +
- Location was extremely convenient, parking was easy.
- Walking distance to my business appointments, DOG FRIENDLY and they were very flexible with checkout time
- It's located in a great spot and very dependable.
Cons -
- Staff was not friendly, rooms seemed outdated, wish there had been a continental breakfast
- I have stayed here 5-7 times and they are a very classy and friendly crew
- Location did not fully filter out noise from bars a block away and could be heard at night but it is a college town. Also, pay for parking is dumb - just include it in the room price.

Location was excellent to access campus.
