It was right on the ocean perfect view of the water.
Location.
The restaurant was excellent. I'd recommend it, even if you never stay at the motel.

Cons -

If the check out time could be 12 noon cause I like to sleep in on Sunday other than that everything was good.
The bathtub did not drain very well it was slow
No extra sheets or bedding available.
