- The location is everything! I walked along the Malaspina Strait right behind the hotel. Beach access It's a 3 minute walk to tourist shops, cafes, swimming pool, library, and everything you want. The bathroom was new and modern with a deep bath tub.
- Service was friendly and cordial though a bit unorganized. Air conditioner worked which was a plus given the overall settting. Her knowledge of the lights was helpful.

- The hotel structure was a little informal, construction work was very shoddy. Lights were not in working order upon room. Debris in bed indicating skipped turn over. Bathroom contruction done improperly creating imperfections in mirror
- If the check out time could be 12 noon cause I like to sleep in on Sunday other than that everything was good.

It was right on the ocean perfect view of the water.
If the check out time could be 12 noon cause I like to sleep in on Sunday other than that everything was good.

Great location and a great view from our room. Owners are spending money on upgrading the Inn and when finished, it will be a gem in a great location"Fed's'' the restaurant was a treat.
Upon arrival, the room we had been assigned was not done, even if we arrived past the arrival time.The front staff worked fast to get us another room, way better than the one we had reserved and paid for.The hotel is fantastic, on the walk path by the ocean. It is really easy to access the beach, shops on foot.

The property was dirty and even had used shampoo bottles opened in bathroom shower. Floors and behind nightstand had lots of dirt and dust.
Didn't have breakfast but you new Italian restaurant is excellent , Great food
