Beautiful and silent room, lots of space, dishwasher. Clean and fancy bathroom including walk-in shower. Great breakfast with salty and sweet options.

Great hotel, large room, delicious breakfast

The neighborhood was great, close to stores and easy access for transportation. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and hot.

Breakfast was great and very filling! I’m very thankful for the hospitality from the staff and was very sad that I had to shorten my stay due to a last minute emergency. However, the staff was very accommodating and reached out to me a bit after I checked out. The location is very convenient, there’s lots of things within walking distance! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware which was also a huge plus! The AC works wonderfully and the curtains keep the room nice and dark if you want to sleep in or get some privacy.

Better explanation of amenities at the hotel would’ve been nice, I had no idea they had ice until I was leaving. The pillows were a bit flat and it was very hard to get a good night’s rest. There were unexplained stains/marks on the carpeting and doors. That isn’t to say that the room was unsanitary, though! The photos are far from a good depiction of the room I stayed in, too. The lighting in the room was very poor and the welcome booklet was damaged. The extra $200 added on to the price (which was already confirmed for a certain amount via reservation) was also a huge pain and wasn’t explained to me prior to paying for my room. They were happy to give me clarification when I asked for it but it’s definitely something that should be brought up prior to payment!

The hotel could use more hotel quality mattresses, as well as headboards without the cotton coming out.

Perfect location everything is walking distance. Very close to shopping store’s restaurant & attractions. Very nice neighborhood

The bed was kind of squeaky

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms/suites were very nice and clean. We went for my grandsons Family Weekend, who is a freshman at Catholic University of America. We booked 3 suites and we all had great experiences. What can I say about the layout of the breakfast, Fantastic and tasty. Variety of everything!! We will definitely be returning since we miss our baby terribly but very supportive of his successful and productive educational experience and community! The location was very nice. Thank you Homewood Suites, they don't disappoint!

Reality set in! It was time to leave..smile! Back to school and work.

The accommodation was nice. The rooms are comfortable and really spacious. Even with the child we had enough space. The location is very good.

The breakfast was average and nothing special about it. The breakfast was served on plastic or paper plates, which I find disgusting, not eco-friendly and it ruins the overall breakfast experience. The staff's communication was a bit measured. Laundry is available, but for a fee. You need coins that we didn't get at the reception. We had to go to the nearby shops for change, where the employees were obviously annoyed. We were especially disappointed that we forgot some nice clothes in our closet, which were no longer found. But if you are looking for a pleasant room at a reasonable price, you will not be disappointed.
