Stayed at short notice after wife was taken to hospital. Room comfortable enough and toiletries supplied.

Left at midnight due to noisy occupant in adjoining room - I guess you can't always win. Little cutlery supplied.

Room was clean, comfortable beds, close to most doctors and specialists etc, great price

Availability

No travel book for getting food etc, TV was difficult to work out for local channels. Shower control was also difficult to work out and stream very poor.

Dirty, tired and need of a lot of care. Maintenance aside the cleaning standards showed a team of housekeepers who have no interest.The low step in the kitchen and bathroom are an OH+S trip Hazzard and would fall short of the AS building code.

The place was very clean and well equipped with everything to make the stay comfortable. Easy after hours check in with clear instructions provided. Has an amazing stay!

Would be convenient if there were napkins or paper towels.

Applegum Inn was comfortable for our overnight stay and close to the hospital for our appointment the next morning.When we first opened the door to our room there was a distinct smell of tobacco smoke which was not so pleasant for us non-smokers. It was somewhat noisy as cars left early in the morning.Value for money and convenient location make it a place we would likely use again.

Bad

Was given wrong room with insufficient bedding, advised no other rooms available and had to settle for trundle bed. Was promised some refund which was never given.

Great location. Bed was very comfy. Suited us for overnight stay.

There was no staff member from our arrival at 1.30pm until we left the following morning. This proved difficult as we needed to access a spare key. An interesting exercise.Also plumbing issue in bathroom.

Motel accomodation is becoming very expensive and we chose this on price and because we have stayed here a couple of times in the past. However, the vanity sink did not drain properly, there was no plug hole cover, and the room could have been cleaner (mould in shower and some rubbish left behind toilet door.

Large room, comfortable, clean, set back from road. All that is needed for a night or two.

I was awoken by a group of cleaners outside my room yelling laughing carrying on early in the morning. Bed was uncomfortable, shower tap was broken, toilet buttons had fallen off

Loved the use of the pool here, the comfy bed and the excellent shower in our room
