- Too much noise from the open area in the back, both morning and evening.It is not acceptable to have to pay for parking and the breakfast solution is not great for a hotel that costs this much. Santa Barbara is expensive but it is a joke to pay this much for a simple hotel and to have pay extra for parking.
- Having to pay another $15 for parking feels excessive, especially since the room rate was over $300. I take responsibility for it; I should have paid more attention when making my reservation, but considering the type of hotel, I got very little value for a lot of money.

Really impressed by the staff's kindness. My room was clean and spacious. Just perfect for one night near the airport to catch an early flight.
