- Staff was great
- The customer service from the staff was exceptional.
- Impeccable hotel! The staff is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Each employee seems to enjoy their work when answering my numerous questions.
Cons -
- The hotel has apartments above the hotel which allow dogs. One of the residents through their dogs poop from the balcony which ended up on our balcony while my wife was reading a book. The furniture was old, spotted and wore out.
- The hotel needs to work on the mildew smell in the halls.
- There was no Hot water on the first day of stay. Had to make multiple calls to get it fixed. Also the coffee machine was weird. It was very difficult to use.

Staff was great
