Close to beach. Pool is nice

Tiny room. Absolutely NO view. 3rd floor! No elevator

The location, if you like a quiet clean beach with not bad snorkelling it was it. Also lots of beach to hike. We did tour the island and checked out some beaches and nothing compared for being quiet and clean. Also a good location to groceries.

There was a few nights of road and party noise but not too bad.

Staff was great location amazing food was awsome and of course the beach!!

A/C did not remove all humidity. Bath towels often felt damp, as well as sheets.

The best thing is the staff, the atmosphere of the hotel, the food, the location.

A few lacking maintenance issues in some of ours and friends rooms. Our friends kids had a leak in the ceiling with a hole and my dgtrs bathroom outlet was damaged prior to our arrival.

Everything 1.Room too small and tv and had no water pressure 2. Housekeeping services terrible 3. Hard to find restaurant/ pool towel places 4. Staff could not react to service needed

After 3 attempts trying to get my room key to work on check-in ( 3 flights of stairs each time). Maintenance was called and someone else had there luggage and used the restroom in our room. Room not cleaned again/ COVID-19 no no. No apology nothing. Nope

Checkin was closed at 10:25pm and I had no idea where to go to check in. Finally I was able to talk to a security guard that told me to check in at Divi Golf, he just pointed across the street. i drove and couldnt find it, so i came back to get led.

-Nice, clean, updated room -Very close to the beach, 2-3 min walk from rooms -Beach is top-notch, beautiful, warm, clean, and open -Palapas were always available at the beach -Good, friendly service

-Construction noise from other parts of hotel - this was not clear when booking the room -No fridge in room -Restaurants required a 10-min walk. Also, can take taxi to downtown or high-rise hotel area -Somewhat confusing setup with the other Divi hotel

location was very good for what we wanted to do, the beach is steps away. There is a free shuttle that will take you to all divi resort properties even the one down the road. We did have a rental car (free parking) but found it easier to take shuttle.

The thing that I really don't understand - why are there no elevators in a 3 story building??? We were on the top floor and had to drag our luggage up all the stairs, and back down when we left. Rooms need upgraded.

We didn't like anything about the hotel. We have been going to Aruba for four years now and were looking forward to staying at the DIVI. But this DIVI was old and in bad condition. The beach was terrible too. They moved us to a better resort of theirs.

Everything was bad about it. It needs a total upgrade. No elevators and we had to climb stairs to the third floor. Their beach had debris all over. Upon complaining they moved us to anther one of their better resorts. It was great at that point.
