Hotel La Casona Dorada

Friendliness of the staff.

night table, out dated.... there was some water coming on one side of the bed, I could not figure it out, it got the sheets wet on the left side.

Location,clean and friendly staff.

The personal service and cleaning

The air conditioner is down, and the breakfast very simple the first two day

The location of the hotel was ideal. The area was great with awesome local restaurant and cafe. The outside of the hotel was beautiful and parking was very convenient.

The rooms need updating. Although the outside of the hotel was beautiful the rooms were small, didn't look kept, and the bathrooms were small and dingy. Towels were washed daily, maybe invest money in towels and updating the rooms.

Location

Selection on the breakfast

Poor

It's fine. Nothing fancy.Had what I needed.

Decor is terrible.looks like a hotel in Iran circa 1975.

The location

It¿s in a good location!

The location was perfect.

Good location. Minutes from Historic Zone. And one block from Malecón.

Annoying locals in the neighborhood hassled me every time I left property.

Staff so friendly

So relax and comfortable close to bank’s pharmacy restaurant casino

I liked the pool & the location the staff was very nice and accommodating

The room wasn’t clean. The bed had stains on it like they weren’t changed the room smell like mildew. The Jacuzzi did not work and it was dirty. The shower was dirty and the showerhead didn’t work.

The price was decent for the area. The location is very convenient. The staff in the parking area are very nice. Our room was clean, and cleaning staff was polite and accommodating. They offer late check out.

Description on Booking.com is not accurate. Rooms do not have coffee pots, hair dryers or "toiletries" they have a fridge, 2 bars of soap and that's it. Air conditioning in our room was hanging on by a thread. The room (junior suite) was very outdated, futon was broken and everything smelled wet and moldy. The wifi next to never functioned.

Clean. Quiet. Excellent staff.

The friendliness of the staff and the place where the hotel was situated.

The breakfast and the tv.

The breakfast was not what I expected. There are no fruits and no cereal.

The t.v is not a Smart t.v. Not much options. No hand towels in the bathroom. The bedroom don't have a waste basket. The curtains look ugly.

The location and the attention from staff.

Always I be there the problem it's the wi fi, just do a little be more on it and that's it.thanks for everything.

Clean

Room was not as described. Should have had I separate bedroom and sitting area. It was only a single room.

Price/quality ratio is good. Location is great for tourists. We get what we pay for in this kind of hotel. The staff is nice.

Gym is good, big room, but several devices broken.Breakfast is a bit limited in terms of options.
