The staff was great and location was near and easy to find

The hotel was under construction, the entrance was hard to get to, the buffet included was lame, and they give 1 towel per person

Clean, everyone was friendly and professional. Parking was very secure. I loved the chapel!

The room needed some updating. The shower water pressure was extremely low. The toilet handle was falling off. The light on the mirror wasn't working.

Its clean and uses all precautions to prevent covid exposur. Theres a restaurant there and the food is amazing!

Nice beds and nice breakfast table in the room

TV didn't work correctly. The shower changes temp. from very hot to very cold. Burn hazard. Ordered room service for lunch. Wanted 2 eggs only got one egg, food was cold. When I got out of shower there was a roach on the floor in the bathroom.

Llame a recepción para que me revisaran el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba lo suficiente me dijeron que mandarian una persona de mantenimiento para repararlo pero nunca llego el tipo tuvimos que limpiar los filtros nosotros mismos para que trabajara.

Didn't like the food and couldn't sleep because they had loud music all night long

the people and location and breakfast wasn't that bad

room was too clean. over welling was scent of cleaners. also you have to put room key in slot in room for power and lights.

The property was nice to look at, very traditional. .

I didn’t like that the entrance was very inconvenient due to construction. Had to walk all the way to the back of the building to enter.

I didn’t try any of the food there , i was always out and about ,,, but i would say the interior architecture is simply Beautiful,,, the staff were all very Awesome,, the Lady that did up my room everyday did an Awesome job of it ,, ( Mary) and she was an absolute Sweetheart,,, the only things i didn’t like were the TV’s connection to internet would never work ,,, and the Shower was dismal in terms of pressure,,, but otherwise I would say I really enjoyed my Time there , (5 nights) ,, and Yes I highly recommend the Hotel ,,, at a great . location , a 2 minute walk to the great mall La Misiones

The TV connection to be used to watch Netflix,,, the connection was awful couldn’t get it to work, and the shower pressure wouldn’t be enough to put out a flame on a matchstick.

Breakfast is not what I expected. In the room you can hear the noise from the street.

It was pretty, clean and most of the stuff was nice .

They had parties going on until 2 am , the room they gave us was next to one of the parties . The party and stuff were way too loud. I tried asking for a change of rooms since we needed to sleep but I was told I will get a call back and was ignored.

The value. Clean rooms. Location is secure.

The ac is noise and the beds are sunken. You won't get a good night sleep. Needs a full room renovation.
