Cons -

Drug paraphernalia left outside on our balcony, that my daughter found. The neighboring room had an irate woman screaming at ?Carl? from 11:30pm until almost 3am. Kicking and banging on the door, shouting on the phone..
The front desk employee could be a bit nicer.
The hotel food/room service food was awful. The resort fee and parking add an extra 30% to the coat of the room.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to check in earlier since our flight was super early. At check out they held our bags. Anything we needed they accommodated us ! Loved the gym , the pool and such a beautiful hotel.
