Some staff did not know about transport to airport and other areas

Aged bathroom facilities in shower controls and located in a bath for the cost of the room

Room was exceptional - recently renovated, clean and very large bathroom. We were on the 9th floor looking toward Darling Harbour. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice and variety and the Club Lounge is a must - unlimited drinks and nibbles with views towards Darling Harbour. Staff were super friendly and accommodating in all of the areas of the hotel.

Great location. Helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms.

Could have been cleaner. Maybe a little outdated for the price.

The view of a building next door. Don't feel it was worth the $500 plus price tag.

Really slow check-in- the lady mumbled, didn’t smile was very slow to do things. I travel a lot, it was an odd check-in.

A beautiful hotel, friendly staff and a good location for Darling Harbour ....and ferry's for Sydney Harbour and more .

Nothing really-just the weather!

I loved the room, very spacious and the facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

I was dissapointed my suitcase got broken and it wasnt handled properly.

View and location

Furnishings were the most uncomfortable I have encountered particularly seating. Second bedroom single beds uncomfortable and door could not be opened past the bed which meant having to climb over the bed to get to wardrobe.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Also great value for money, in particular the buffet breakfast!

Super close and accessible to Darling harbour. Valet parking was perfect for us and our hire car and the staff were super accommodating us as first timers to Sydney.

The Staff. All very polite and welcoming especially Josh in concierge and Steven in valet parking. All enquiries prior to our arrival were handled positively.

The uncleanliness of the room. We had to move a bed and found food and clothing under it

the bed n pillows. the bathroom was very nice too

After check in I waited in the foyer for my girlfriend. So I ordered a coffee in the main foyer, paid the money, and after asking the staff 2 times to help pls....it never ever came!I had to go up to my room n ring room service who said they NEVER got the message!!! so we started again!!!They were very good, very helpful and I got what I asked for. Why was something so simple, made so difficult???
