The hotel was super clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was great and the beach was incredible, calm, and clean.

I did not like the food, it was not good at all from either the restaurants or the buffet. I honestly was sick within 1-2 days of eating and drinking there.

The beach and the property is beauty. The entertainment was great as well.

The rooms were small and the linen is the room had a brown hue and were not clean. Overall service was underwhelming. The staff in the buffet restaurants was not great as it felt as if you were begging them to serve you.

The Beach was TOP RATED 100%, just amazing ¿¿. Pool as fine, but decoration not what's show on website pictures. Staff overall was great ¿¿, specially guest service desk, restaurants, cleaning, maintenance and animations crew.

The food is very,very substandard, not deserving of an all adults only hotel, that sells itself as 5 stars hotel & charges top $$$$$. But serves the same food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is cold always cold. That why I give it 2 ¿¿

Location

The air conditioner was not working in my room. While other rooms functioned ok. After repeated attemlys to have it fixed. It never worked well enought. The phone also did not work. I would have to walk to yhe front desk to report the issues.

The staff and beach were excellent

The personal dipping pool attached to our room was not usable, not filtering the water.

The rooms are excellent, and the staff is very friendly, and the service is very good.

The lobby can be a little more impressive.

Food

We had weirds bugs ¿¿ crawling in the walls, all over my beds, bathroom and floor, they were everywhere in the room. I complained to the front desk, they said that they were going to send the exterminator, but they didn¿t. I was very dissatisfied

The hotel was nice but not what we expected. What I liked best was the friendly staff.

Several things I did not like: 1. rooms are small 2. only one pool 3. Room service is basically non-existent. They won¿t bring you drinks I.e. coffee, juice or anything 4. Long wait to be served - not enough staff 5. Buffet was Same always

Proximity to the beach and the friendliness of the staff.  our butler was very attentive to our needs. I also enjoyed the nightly activities.

It was weird we couldn¿t get a wash cloth we gave up asking because they would send regular bath towels. was the only bartender that made a proper drink but it didn¿t what you ordered most mixed drinks were gross.

The night shows

This hotel is under staff and the guesses are paying the consequences. Rooms are not clean or ready to handled to the guesses. You ask for a service and it takes couple hours if it's done. After you register you are on your own if anything is needed.

Beautiful area of the country! I liked the entertainment crew, but it lacked entertainment otherwise.

To echo so many reviews, the buffet was subpar, and food made without love! Moldy cheese was served! I was bit by sand flees so bad that I swelled. Our room did not get cleaned/fridge refilled the last day of stay. Staff is overworked! 4* at best!

Staff he is the person in change at the buffet and the Staff he is amazing also Hotel employee . Beach are amazing

The rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom had certain pee smell.

The people

Only 1 or 2 of the restaurants were open each day. The food was average and poorly prepared. Often too salty, over done or cold. Quality ingredients, poor preparation.

The one and only thing I enjoyed from this resort was the view otherwise everything else was horrible. There were two staff that were great, one by the name of santos and a female worker. Food was horrible and service overall was horrible.

Everything about the hotel I did not like. I will never book at this location ever and I will be passing over the information. We had to contact front desk multiple times due to door not locking, toilet not working properly as well as the lights going off

The customer service, the cleanliness and the location it was excellent and the environment was very peaceful.

The snack bar by the beach is awful.
