Guest Rating
Good
Pros +
- The location was convenient and easy casino access
- club level lounge
- Beautiful, friendly bartender
Cons -
- They put us in their west wing vs the tower. We have stayed in tower rooms before and while certain flows are showing serious signs of age and wear, this west wing should be completely shut down for renovations. Filthy with extensive aging.
- All staff encountered at front desk was unfriendly and seemed like they did nothing appreciate my business
- Pet Travellers Beware. This hotel charges an "insane" $100 pet fee. When you advertise your property as "Pet Friendly" while charging guests $100, you are anything "but" pet friendly. Just tell people you don't accept pets.

Proximity to casino as this was simply a casino trip as we live 2hrs away.
