Good hotel, friendly staff and clean room. Met all expectations in those regards

Fairly good location , clean and very comfortable room
On booking.com it said private parking and approx $20 It is actually a multi storey car park adjacent and $45 so we felt misled and a bit ripped off

Staff very friendly
No hot water for showerNo comforter on bed but instead a mattress pad as a cover?!Wrong room assigned. The one we paid for at Booking.com was not the same as the one we got

Hotel was great and location was great. Only issue was parking which was $40 per night and $50 if you wanted valet. I decided for $10 more valet would do but then the valet guy told me he was on his break and there was nothing he could do and disappeared! The parking service is not part of the hotel I was told but it sure could improve.

The property was clean and the room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and they were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were beyond friendly!!! At checking the girl was sweet as can be smiling the entire time. My only complaint is the bed seemed to go downhill and need more pillows because although they're comfy feather type they squash. Our bed was just not comfortable. Shower head is awesome!! Great location
