Great location & beautiful interior
- Staff seemed untrained and inattentive- Breakfast advertised as “included” was misleading — only coffee and a few pastries were available. We had to pay extra for a proper breakfast- Coffee and pastries were often empty and only restocked after repeatedly asking staff- Front desk staff couldn’t assist with calling a cab and simply referred us to use Uber- Overall service and amenities did not match the premium price point

Great location, beautiful stylish hotel. Room was lovely.
The staff are very friendly but service knocks off a star rating I think this is down to training & inexperience. I had 3 suitcases to manage to my room but no offer of assistance was forthcoming although there were 5 staff on reception. No table service in the bar area which seems odd. Breakfast is very minimal and not replenished quickly. It was the same each day one had to ask repeatedly if more items including basics like coffee, plates were coming out. More food was available but the staff didn’t refill. It’s quite chaotic arriving by car we waited 15 mins for the ability to pull up to check in and gave up on the idea when leaving we simply had to carry them along to street parking.

Most beautiful hotel I have ever been at. We came to this hotel to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and they were so accommodating. Everyone right down to the Janitorial staff made our stay so comfortable. You have a valet there at the front who not only parks your car but helps you with your bags, takes them to the room, opens the hotel door every time you enter and makes sure all your needs are met. The front desk goes above and beyond to accommodate, they give next level customer service and really make you feel welcome. The bar is beautiful and the drinks are amazing! The restaurant ? I cannot express the level of care they put into every detail, they are simply amazing. In the midst of a tragedy, they turned every opportunity into a positive welcoming experience. And the price for the Grade A level customer service and quality of the room you get is TOP NOTCH. I will be back and I will stay here every time I come to visit. There is no better hotel in Savannah, this is it! The rooms are big, the beds are beyond comfortable, and the room is stocked with a bar, snacks, and drinks to mix with your spirits. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!!!! I've stayed in 4 diamond hotels that aren't as nice as this. Location is also really fantastic, it is within walking distance of everything, we never once pulled our car to drive anywhere. The view and local is breathtaking. This is a must stay if traveling to Savannah

It is a very well done hotel. The pool is nice and there are is a good amount of space. They let you borrow tennis and other similar equipment which is really cool. The room is fantastic and pretty big. It’s a great hotel if you’re looking to spend more than a couple days in Savannah. They offer free bikes as well which is great. And there is a driver included in the rate which is a great way to accommodate for the hotel being relatively far from the river. It’s a very gorgeous hotel.
The lobby and green room were under construction when we were there and it would have been nice to have been given some kind of notice, considering I got plenty of emails from the hotel confirming my stay they could have sent one about the construction. It’s pretty upsetting because the hotel is relatively hard to navigate without the main area and the green room is what sold us on booking here. In addition to that, this isn’t necessarily a prime location so it’s a far walk to the main Savannah area, meaning we very much so paid for the experience of the hotel and when 30% of it is closed it makes it hard to leave with on a positive note. Giving a notice about the construction to guests that have a room booked and maybe putting up some signs would have gone a long way.The “included breakfast” was 3 types of pastries, 2 types of fruits, and coffee. Wasn’t really many options and maybe that’s a Booking.com issue for setting the idea that we’d have a larger type of breakfast for us in the morning.
