great walking location

Many things in our room did not function as they should. Phone, steamer, makeup mirror light, etc. Not well staffed. Food and beverage overly expensive for what it was.

The rooms were fresh and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The price was very fair. The location was so central.

Everything was magical

Cleanliness, tub, comfy bed.

The tv was not a smart tv. I couldn¿t watch Netflix etc

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

NO PARKING and valet was VERY expensive. Lots of taxes and outrageous fees. Bar burger was tasty.

The Mansion on Forsyth was AMAZING and exceeded all of our expectations! It's an upscale, boutique style hotel with a great staff! Who wouldn't love the lush digs with the whirlpool tub???

It's not necessarily convenient to shopping nor River Street.

It was very charming and comfortable in a luxury setting

Yes, that they no longer have the shuttle to the bohemian And that the fountains by the pool were not operating. And that there was no room service available

Room and view was great. Perfect location for downtown Savannah

It would have been nice if the room has been serviced at least every other day. I had to request coffee 3 times.

The workout room was exceptional, I loved the diversity of the staff, the artwork was amazing, the musical entertainment for the evening was very professional and smooth, and the overall beauty of the hotel met my expectations. The bathtub was awesome!

I wish it was closer to the riverfront, but I usually stay at the riverfront, so this was a different and needed experience

This hotel was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and the room was beautiful. The weather did not cooperate with us but the hotel provided umbrellas for us to explore anyway. We will be back!!

Loved the character of the hotel.

We had ants in our room. You had to use a clicker to park your car and they only had two.

Location and room size and accommodation

No room service but that’s do to covid19 at the time

My children loved how the half bathroom doors next to the bathtub opened to the bedroom. They enjoyed that a lot. Also, the pool was very nice. It was just big enough (and heated enough) to be able to play their games.

Fantastic location in the Historic District and great food. While there were a few hiccups - the first room they put us in did not have the bath in it & every room service order was wrong - the staff we're great at fixing things quickly. Would stay agai

The bed ran really hot with the mattress toppers they use - we all kinda struggled to sleep due to this. Pool is a relaxation pool - great for a dip but tiny (not your usual sized resort pool. We went in winter so not an issue

This hotel is definitely a diamond amongst the local coal. The quality of the room is equalled by the exceptional service.

Unfortunately, valet parking is a must of it's raining or you don't want a half mile walk when the minimal street parking is full.

The room layout

Valet & Porter services were substandard. The music in the lobby while good was so loud that we had to go elsewhere so that we were able to hear one another. Our previous visits to the hotel were much better than this last one.

The historic setting was great. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant and looking at all the art.

The room was supposed to have a tub which it did not. The music they play in the pool area pumps bass into your room all day. The cleaning staff didn't do the best job between nights.

I really enjoyed the room set up and the beautiful decor downstairs.

The gym could use some updating.

Staff was very good.

Room was quite small, furniture was old and the decorating choices were poor in my opinion. Also everything in the room has a price tag on it. You would think for the price of the room I could use a robe and have a bottle of water for free.

Great proximity to parks, shopping, and dining. Staff was nice, place was clean, the restaurant was terrific.

At the exorbitant price, our room should have faced the park rather than the courtyard. I didn't need the creepy eyes of that Confedreate statue in the park peering at us Free-Staters anyway.

They location was excellent. Close to everything I wanted to see in Savannah. Also having the shuttle to there sister hotel was very useful!
