- Did not get the room I paid for. The room I did get was very outdated no AC and no TV in the rooms.
- Totally deceived with advertising, was told that there was gym access, not true . Was shown nice newly remodeled rooms , given a very old less than desirable room which was in an area of the hotel that should be demolished.
