I reserved an oceanfront room & was given an alternate room overlooking massive construction. For the price per night, active construction should be disclosed. Also, I still have not received the refund for the room I paid for and the one that was given.

The location

Yes, the parking was horrible. They were doing construction and it wasn’t noted on the reservation. They couldn’t park my truck and still try to charge me a parking fee. The water pressure in the room was terrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had

Location and cleanliness

No soap, not enough towels, stinky sink, very old, but would return to rennovated section.

Our fridge didn't work the toilet seat was broken no discounts on price or anything for comp from Hotel very poor service

Did not get the room I paid for. The room I did get was very outdated no AC and no TV in the rooms.

Totally deceived with advertising, was told that there was gym access, not true . Was shown nice newly remodeled rooms , given a very old less than desirable room which was in an area of the hotel that should be demolished.

We had the ocean view

Thin walls and could not set the thermostat. The seals were great to see but could hear them all night long.

EVERYTHING. The smell, the staff, the noise, the building equipment, the food. AC doesn?t work. We froze. Can you imagine in the summer when it?s in the 90?s? 100?s?

Great location and front desk staff  were outstanding.

Lotion in the room would be a nice addition.

I didn't like the bathroom. I didn't like the pool that is open only at 9am.

Perfect location - steps from ocean and beach! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and beds super comfortable. Staff were wonderful and a big shout out to staff at the front desk. She was so warm, friendly and accommodating.

A tad noisy at times, sounds echo in hallway easily but nothing that earplugs couldn't solve.

Extraordinary location and fantastic room.

Terrible lighting in the bathroom. Nearly impossible to put on makeup.

good location, close to beach and restaurants. Nice rooftop view of ocean, had pool area with games.

No AC, Bathroom door didn't shut, shower curtain didn't come all the way down so water spilled out onto the floor with each shower, could hear everything in hallways and adjacent rooms.

Our first room was small. I kept hitting my arm on a towel bar. There is reconstruction, it¿s loud. We had a cleanliness problem with the room and the very kind clerk switched us to a room with a beautiful view. The room was nice, but still not very clean

The proximity to the beach.

Most of the hotel is under construction. The noise, coupled w the debris and construction everywhere it was not an ideal stay.

The location was perfect and was a huge plus when booking. The new rooms were very modern, kind of small but clean. It is centrally located to every local spot to eat and shop.

This place was under construction which we didn't know. No big deal right? Wrong, because we heard loud talking from the staff and construction crew in the early morning. The room was very nice but the walls were paper thin and you can hear EVERY noise.

No AC or fan in bedroom. No coffee maker. Could not open sliding glass door

The staff was very prompt with everything we needed.

It was not very clean. Older hotel. Needs update. Ants in bathroom. Needs air conditioning. Beds uncomfortable. Definitely has the potential to be a higher rated hotel. Just need to put the money in.

Hotel is currently under restoration. So there is some noise during the days. But they do a good job of minimizing the impact. Parking is a little tight
