Staff is very nice and welcoming

It wasn’t clean at all. Looked clean on the outside but not so well kept on the inside and especially the rooms. We had old trash under our beds and a roach made an appearance our last day there.

Most payment methods where excepted here was a plus, room was clean, bed was comfortable enough to get some decent sleep. Great location to a lot of good places to shop and eat, etc.

The front desk staff: Binah was ok. The rest of the staff were very unprofessional, and acted as if you were bothering them if you were to ask for anything or had a question. The front desk staff was my only main issue at this property. Also, the walls are so thin you can hear the conversations of the guest in the next room. Last, the breakfast was ok but the waffle maker was not working properly and there was no fruit available like I was told at check in.

It's a great place for the price and location. The man who checked us in was very cranky lol but the morning staff ( a woman who was also the breakfast attendant) was so sweet and working so hard to keep things running smoothly for everyone! It was a clean, safe place to lay our heads down for the night.

Was on the 3rd floor with long term gusts very loud. You can hear slamming of doors all through the night talking running up the hallway. Found a syringe in the cubby where the ironing board and iron is complained to staff.Last night I was there. The fire alarm was going off at 4:00 a.m. in the morning there was no fire. Pillows were way too soft and small bathroom could have been clean and Better room could have been overlooked better.

Hotel smells. Cleaning staff doesn’t do a good job (no bed made and no fresh towels). Patched up holes in the walls without painting (only primer). You get what you pay for.

staff and cleanliness of room. I liked how the outside of the building was well maintained and the breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how they were on their job with ensuring that paperwork was accurate and ready to sign if you booked your room online. Enjoyable stay!

The lock system did not work well. Sometimes it has been error and I can not open the door
