The breakfast was excellent. We also had lunch at the onsite restaurant and the food was great. The rooms are better than in the pictures. The location is excellent for visiting the city. The picture shows the view from the terrace of the apartment.

Location excellent, centre of city. Beds comfortable. Nice breakfast.

To reach the bathroom, the couple in third bedroom had to walk trough anotherbedroom, thats awkward and not nice. Not suitable for 3 couples then, maybe 2 coupleswith children.

Location, location, location - it’s an easy walk to the Mur River and the Altstadt. There is a tram line just across the river - riding to and within the Altstadt is free. Even though the property is located on a very busy street, our room was exceptionally quiet. Breakfast was excellent - good variety of food, beautifully presented.

Like so many smaller hotel properties in Austria, it had no air conditioning. Given that we stayed at the hotel during a serious heat wave, the room was hot! I asked for a fan after the first night, and was given one. Having the fan in the room significantly improved the comfort level.

This is a lovely hotel with lots of character. The location was good; a short walk from the station and a similarly short walk to the old city. We dined in the restaurant and had a wonderful meal. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommended, excellent value.

The wifi was annoying. It disconnected you every time you left the hotel and every morning.

Breakfast as in a well-stocked family kitchen. They even made the bacon crispy.

Well, my room was cute and cozy, but the slanted attic roof caught me four times. And I'm under 5 feet tall. I should have been more careful with my head.

Very nice breakfast all you can eat. Clean rooms. Very affordable. Chill atmosphere.

Everything was perfect for an overnight stay (would have glady stayed longer!) Breakfast buffet had enough variety both warm and cold options, coffee and juices were great, room was quiet and comfy (although my husband said was a little on the soft side), wonderful private bathroom. Hope to come back again!

The location is very central and charming. It is across the street from a local farmer's market with many cafe's, bars and restaurants nearby. We travelled by train and it is a short walk to the train station. From the moment we arrived the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. Overall just a great and welcoming vibe.

Very nice hotel not far from City centre. Recommendable. Compfy bed, good shower and good heating. Enjoyed it. Can't advise on breakfast or restaurant.

The receptionists were really nice. The room was big enough, with a big bed.

The breakfast - it was not for our taste.

Friendly staff; windows provide good soundproofing; comfortable bed though a bit softer than usual; good water pressure.

I still rate this property well but if these items are important to you, you should be aware: No air conditioning (didn’t need it in November); No kettle or fridge. WiFi is Captive and have to keep logging in as it drops out after a certain time. Bath towels are a bit thin.

Perfect place for a solo traveller/couple. Friendly staff. There's a bar/restaurant beneath but you don't hear a sound. Lovely place.

Lovely little Inn with lots of character. Restaurant downstairs seems to be popular with the locals, thats a good sign. I did like the food. Quiet location.

Wifi does kick you out all the time (times out? I don’t know. When you are connected it is very strong however.

There is no lift and those with lots of luggage would find the stairs difficult

No elevator for those who might need one

The staff and the breakfast were excellent with lots of options, especially local food options. The coffee was also fresh. The location is ideal for Graz with everything within walking distance. There's a folder in the room with all relevant information for Graz which I found very helpful.

The only minor thing is that there were some more rowdy guests which made me wake up on a few occasions. So, it might not be the quietest hotel, but it certainly exceeded expectations otherwise.
