- The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us even when our room wasn't open they upgraded at no charge
- Room was awesome.
- Absolutely nothing. Not one of the ammenities shown was even remotely close to the offers. A horrible, if not the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. What a nightmare. Talk about 'Bait & switch'. I should contact the Tennessee State Attny Gen.
Cons -
- Yes the pipes burst on jan 27th left us without a place to go and still don't know yet what they are going to do we can't afford to go anywhere else so not good situation
- Small fridge and fuZzy tv screen.
- BB holes in frige, torn box-springs liner, windows broken, no clock/radio, maid service /towels, tub caulking, Cig burn holes in comforters, no blankets, broken cabinets & table-top, no soaps/shampoos, no cont. breakfast or Pool & staff laughed about it

Had a refrigerator
This was an extended stay and wasn't the same name of the hotel I booked under...horrible!
