This is my favorite property to stay at when I come to visit the Disney parks. The location puts you about 15 minutes away from the parks, very close to shops and dining. The property has basketball courts, playgrounds, pools at both this location and its sister property across the way. The rooms are spacious, clean, stocked with everything you need and includes a washer and dryer! This will continue to be our go to location when staying in Orlando.
I wish they served coffee at the store on site or maybe in the lobby so you can fuel up for a busy day.

Our whole experience was an excellent Vacation ? This Resort is absolutely amazing !! staff,( especially the Lady with a German accent) who went beyond to get us the right room for us !! cleanliness, friendly,.Great location.Convenient to everything. Close to disney springs, shopping, restaurants etc .. Ty Hilton Resorts (Cypress Point and Grande villas ) we stay at both for leisure and business for the the pass.25 years Our home away from Home ❣️Thank you for the Royal treatment The Coleman's ?♥️

The location and clean room.
The room key stopped working and I had to go to the lobby twice to get a new key and I asked for two towels that were never delivered to my room.

Nice place, lots of amenities, felt like a second home and not a hotel. Had laundry machines in the room, kitchen was fully furnished with dishes, etc.
Beds are too firm.

Clean, Comfortable room. Many nearby restaurant choices and other local amenities.
Hot water was plentiful but seemed to take forever to reach the showerhead early in the morning.
