- The room was adequate. No one set foot inside my room while I was there, which means the air conditioning was still on when I returned.
- Location, location, location. This hotel is right on the beach. View of the fireworks was really great.
- It was right on the beach. Reasonably priced.
Cons -
- Apparently the middle of September is off season so the pools were closed I could use the hot tub but got attitude when they had to unlock it, and didn¿t provide a towel, no hair dryer in the room? I wasn¿t going back a third time to deal with the fron
- The proprietor has a terrible cough, I hope he doesn't have covid. The motel is in bad shape, and not particularly clean.
- This truly is a one star hotel. Very dated and aged rooms. Clean but very dated. You get what you pay for. There is a reason this hotel is lower priced with only one star.

Location, location, location. This hotel is right on the beach. View of the fireworks was really great.

It was right on the beach. Reasonably priced.
There were 3 stairs to get down on or up from the beach and no hand rail. Not good for people with mobility issues. The kitchen and bathroom floors had not been washed in a very long time.
