Location. Staff. Buffet breakfast.

Room color very dark.

The staff all went above and beyond in their efficiency and helpfulness. The room was very comfortable and totally soundproof. It was hard to believe its situation in a very busy part of Barcelona.

The room service was the only disappointment. The food not appetising and served lukewarm

Great location and clean hotel. Room size was decent. Loved the rain shower in bathroom.

This is not a 5 star hotel. No pool, they said they have a jacuzzi but the water was cold. The spa is a joke. Rooftop terrace is terrible. Not worth the money and definitely not a 5 star hotel.

The location was perfect, right off Las Ramblas. The room was ideal size for my needs. Wonderful bathroom with a great overhead shower. Very clean. Free wifi. I did not qualify for the included breakfast because of how I booked the room.

I thought the concierge could have been more helpful; for example, I asked what else I could tour after I visited the Picasso museum, he just circled things on a map, but didn't offer any real concrete suggestions. Other hotel staff very nice.

Centrally located. Staff was exceptional.

Good location and the restaurant was fine.

Too much construction noise. The subway noise was loud during the early morning hours.

on the spot availability was enormous. the rooms were busy and yet had one ready by noon. Room was a perfect size and the cleanness was amazing. staff assisted us to the room. over all service was amazing

bed comfort was unusually stiff and the pillow were completely flat. the a/c was warm through out the evening. over all minor details. but the over stay was great!

The front desk staff and technician were helpful and attentive.

There were technical issues with the room from the night that we arrived. The phone in the room did not work, the shower head broke on the 1st morning, the toilet flush sometimes worked and sometimes it didn’t. The room was freezing cold when we arrived. We turned off the air conditioning in the room and there was still a breeze inside. We informed all these things to the front desk. But the toilet flush was not completely OK until we departed. We had to complain about it everyday.

I ordered food at night from room service, vegetarian sandwich and plain yoghurt. And the next day I got really bad diarrhea all day.

They charged me 100 euros as guaranty but still they have not returned yes the money to my credit card

The staff not very friendly at all, don’t put insurance by card as they will miss with you.
