Staff were friendly, helpful and engaged. Room very clean and comfortable. Very good 3-star standard. Lock-up parking.

Everything was up to scratch.

Excellent location. Stayed an extra night in a downgraded room and was not happy with that room. First floor was smelly. On the 24th we stayed on the 4th floor and the condition of the room and overall cleanliness was very good.

Room and hallway was very smelly, felt that the cleanliness on second night was less than expected.

Great location, big room, lots or seating options in room, laundry for guest use, ice machine, balcony with seating.

Room wasn’t that clean, shower very small and not well designed. Didnt meet expectations due to $260 a night price point.

The bed was very comfy.

Staff were very short. Not friendly at all. This Is reception I’m talking about. Bar staff were nice. Room was pretty rough. Patched up broken door to bedroom. Sliding glass door to balcony loose and not sealed. Overall a bit worn. For the money I’d like to think it could be better. Secure parking also very limited.

Breakfast had a good variety to choose from and there was staff who kept a close eye on quantity available.

Enjoyed breakfast both mornings of our stay. The coffee could have been nicer but all in all it was a good breakfast menu.

On a very hot 2 day stay the pool, air con and the comfort of the bed were winners after a very long drive.

The restaurant/bar and breakfast room was hot, boring and unloved. Most patrons were spotted at a pub for dinner downtown which have great reviews online.The pool area was untouched and lacked any love over the two days we stayed.

Location was great for the town and amenities. Very comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. Cynthia on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Teeny pool, shabby bathroom, bed wasn't made up/room tidied each day.Room wasn't ready when we arrived on a sweltering hot day,took about half hour to check in,we were sat in a hot dining room waiting...Small pool is by front door outside dining room,necessary to walk past anyone in bar to access it. But maybe this is standard for the goldfields? I hope not as plenty of tourists visit,I guess mine workers stay on expenses

The property was clean and the staff friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was ok with plenty of options. There is a pool onsite but no gym although the hotel has an affiliation with a local gym offsite.

The hotel is a bit older but has had a refurbishment.

The fridge, sofa, chair, balcony.Thick curtains to almost completely darken the room.Comfortable beds and pillows.Near to servo, and Coles for food supplies.Near to pubs and restaurants, yet far enough from the noise.

Small bathroom, and shower.Shower water pressure not great. This could be a Kalgoorlie local supply issue.

Great location and parking was always available. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room was really nice (we had a suite so extra space).

Breakfast buffet was a really high price at $35 per person, given it as a pretty standard buffet, with nothing exceptional. Would recommend choosing other breakfast options locally.

The location was perfect - very close to the centre of the town with all the shops and cafes. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
