Pros +
- The location is the best part about this hotel. The breakfast of 2 eggs and a Model Bakery English muffin was very good, and a true value. The water was hot. There were plenty of towels.
- It's an advice average American Motel. Notebook offensive, but nothing stand out.
- We liked the location- it is close to the pick up spot for Aloft hot air baloon ride, as well as some great restaurants in the area. We liked that our room had a huge closet organized for two people so we could unpack and hang clothes separately. Of course the robe and slippers provided were great. We liked the sitting area and French doors that opened to a semi secluded outdoor patio. We liked the swimming pool and hot tub. It was a short walk to the swimming area from our room. The hotel also has free bicycles with locks to borrow and there are conveniently located bike paths as well as a bike lane on the Silverado Trail road so you can bike to some wineries.
Cons -
- The room, while large, was very dark. However, at night there was so much light leakage from the parking area and the back of the building that it was difficult to sleep. The bed and pillows in particular were very uncomfortable, adding to our lack of sleep. The settee and chair were also uncomfortable. My husband waited over 20 minutes on the bar patio for service, and gave up & left. Some of the restaurant staff were not very friendly at all.The hotel bills itself as a high-end property, but it missed the mark at almost every point. We will not return.
- The price was outrageous. We stayed here for someone's birthday party and paid 5* luxury resort rates $1k+ a night for a basic room, and this place is just not that. There is no view, no space, people above you, etc. You have to cross a parking lot to get to the pool. The bar closes at 10pm (on a Saturday), etc. no EV charger either. Probably 20% of customers drive EVs.We arrive early, the room wasn't ready (ok happens). They said they will call when the room was ready, but they didn't. The small things are just not there.
- The hot tub jets in the pool area were broken when we were there, and we were surprised that a fancy hotel would not fix the hot tub.

I love the amenities this hotel has! I love how welcome all the staff were during our stay!
I wouldnt say I didnt like but we did encounter a problem with our sink. The water was not leaving the sink. Its outside of everyone’s control but I did notify front desk so they can reach out to their maintenance team:)
