Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. We could use the secured parking, which is quite reassuring. The area of the hotel is also quiet.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, very clean and the suite bedrooms are lovely. The dining and bar area is beautiful and well set out. The choice of evening meals is good and the food was excellent could not fault it.

The breakfast could be better little choice in hot food and it was only Luke warm but the continental was fine.

The room was nice and tidy, the breakfast was nice, had the basics and a bit extra. A really important thing, it starts at 6 so if you start early you will have a chance to the eat a nice breakfast. the restaurant was nice the food was really good and plenty. could not eat the whole plate.

one thing that I will say can be improved will be to add a wardrobe in the room. I put the shirts on the rail but the rest of the clothes I had to stay with them on the bad. In the first morning they were running short on the personal in the morning, so it was difficult to find a free table to sit for the breakfast, the tables were full with previous persons plates. But those are minor things that did not really bother me.

The room did not have enough light, too dark even with all lights on.The room was cold, changing heating did not make any change.The view from the room (a suite) was on busy roads and the atmosphere in the room was also "cold".We could not reach the room on a direct way but had to move through the emergency stairways house and even got locked in there, due to access doors being locked. Personell did not show much understanding for this, just explained why this was. Overall, the overall experience was rather diappointing.

It was a comfortable room with a big bathtub and a comfy bed. The staff members were very polite and friendly. There is a locked parking available for hotel guests. There is a restaurant, but we didn't visit. Overall recommended.

The heating wasn't on, but luckily the duvet was warm. We could hear the neighbors.

The hotel is clean, in a good location, and friendly staff. It has a restaurant that I, unfortunately, didn't get to try, as I was coming and going either too early or too late, but it's convenient. Very easy check in as well.

The staff is very friendly, location is great! The restaurant looks very professional! There is water and fruits and candy for snacks.

The room needs a serious upgrade! Sofa looks old, bathroom becomes all wett becouse there is no dore. Alot of dead mosquitoes were smashed on the wall with blood staind. Blood stains on one of the sheets! The airconditioning was not working or we dident know how to turn it on properly…

It is a clean small business hotel with friendly staff

For sure not a 4 star hotel!

The room was very clean, comfy.

Even though I was renting a suite which supposed to be perfect with the price I am paying, but unfortunately it was not. Half of the room’s lights were not working, there were 2 fridges in the room only one working and the other one was broken.When I talk to front desk the showed me the other suites but all of them were the same!! Really strange If you want a luxury room and everything is working properly in it, go with a club rooms.

- light switch broken- hand shower not functioning- hotel next to sport facilities with a party going on till late at night and windows didn’t block the noise- this is more a three star hotel than a 4 star if I am honest.
