Beautiful historic property! Great downtown location! Convenient to activities! Very tastefully decorated! Comfortable & immaculately cleaned! Very helpful staff! Nice touches like morning coffee bar & dining areas like bar! Wish their spa was open but everything was exceptional! Sweet room touches like an old-fashioned era appropriate radio!

The hotel itself was very cool. The property was historic and felt classy and impressive. The bar and restaurant on site were great. The room was very unique and nice. It was on the large side I’d say. We had a corner room and there were tall ceilings with plenty of natural light. With views of the mountains. Bed and bedding was super comfortable. The bathroom was larger too with a walk in shower and multiple doors including a separate toilet room which is great for a couple getting ready to avoid steaming up the bedroom. Appreciated the floor length mirror and closet as well! Fridge was great as we were staying for 4 nights so could keep waters cold and store some leftovers from the nights as well. I loved the tile and appearance of the bathroom. Toto toilet was great! All kohler finishes. The green tile was super cute. The shampoo conditioner and body wash were awesome too! Husband wants to buy the shampoo for himself personally now. The wooden floors in the room are great for cleanliness. And to top it off we had our small pup traveling with us and the entire hotel felt very welcoming to him too. We don’t leave him alone so it was great to have a dog friendly bar area for nighttime drinks. We grabbed breakfast one day and the food was great and we could have our fur baby with us too. The staff were all so sweet. He received a bunch of homemade human grade cookies and loved them too! Would highly recommend for a couple and/or anyone traveling with a dog. This was our first time visiting Colorado Springs and not sure how often we’ll make it back but we would stay again without a question if we made it back. And would love to see something like this locally in Chicago! Such a nice place with wonderful people there!

AC ran a little warm - granted 2/4 of our nights were unusually warm (over 90+ degrees) but the hotel staff were accommodating. Provided a fan which we used the first two nights but after rain came in and cooled things down we were fine without it the 3rd and 4th night.

Lovely property in historic building. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. Nice bar and restaurant on site. Appreciated bottles of water left in room both mornings. Great location in center of downtown.

No coffee available in room; no free coffee in the lobby. Had to purchase from coffee bar and the first morning the line was so long we had to go elsewhere.

Great location, nice bar and restaurant. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice staff. Charming hotel.

HOMELESS. They are everywhere. Predatorial in nature. Ruins a nice city. Keep your head on a swivel. Keep an eye on your stuff. And no not all cities have this problem. As an example go to Carmel California.

It is a beautiful hotel with a great location.

It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in and it had a view of a homeless guy with his pants half off and he appeared to be touching him self.
