The rooms are very noisy...you can hear all of the noise from people outside and from the rooms around you. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very comfortable. Food was very good. Drinks were excellent. Location is perfect.

The mysterious "concierge". Everytime I asked a question, I was referred to the internet. Just couldn't figure out what she did or how to use her.

I really liked the hotel staff and their service. The food was awesome and the drinks were great. I would love to go to this hotel again. I would highly recommend my family and friends to go to this resort.

The fact that the room seemed like we were in the middle of a jungle and yet the beach,pool and restaurant were still close to the room

One waiter who was told me make reservations at the Chula Vista restaurant where is the restaurant you don’t have to reserve tables. But then another employer who was in charge was super nice and let me stay at my table I have chosen

The grounds are gorgeous. We loved the wildlife. There was plenty of variety at the buffets.The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were always available beach chairs when we went to the beach.

The grounds are amazing. They are meticulously maintained and the jungle like setting never gets boring. I like Mexican food a lot so I enjoyed the restaurant meals as well. The stuff is very helpful at all times.

The room! I guess jungle setting being so beautiful also turns ground floor rooms very dark and damp. I probably was supposed to keep the air conditioning in high blow low temp setting all the time. But I did not know that and it would be too uncomfortable anyways. I stopped smelling it almost right away but it turned out so bad that when I came back home and washed my clothes it still has strong musty smell from the room! Now I consider replacing the whole, wardrobe.. and understand why people were looking at me funny at the plane on a way home. I guess I stank up the whole plane.. honestly, that room should never be offered to a guest. I stayed there more than a few days and normally hotels appreciate long term staying guests and give them better rooms. I was not. I don’t know though if rooms higher up have the same problem. But I am definitely not coming back.

The location, service, food

It is annoying that immediately after the check-in, one of the hosts wants to talk about the club and invite us to go to a presentation to know more about it. After the flight, the only thing you want is to wear the swiming suit and start enjoying the holidays.

We loved everything! The property is gorgeous. The sit down restaurants were fabulous. The concierge was helpful in setting up some day trips. Spectacular stay.

It's sad that the sargasa has taken over the beaches, but that's climate change.

The location, was good, walk ways were clean. Loved the snack bar some fast food items that was nice.

They didn't had waiters walking around the pool area asking if we wanted something to drink. The buffet was simple. The reserve restaurants are understaffed it took them 3 hours to get our food and we still left without getting out supper. Didn't reserved again preferred to go the buffet to eat.

Breakfast was alright.

Mediocre service. Aside from breakfast, both lunch and dinner were below average. The premium room was unbelievably small. I paid extra for a ‘premium’ experience, but it was basura. They serve the cheapest alcohol you can find in Mexico.

Fantastic beach, good size pools, has its own harbor for tour pick ups or scuba diving excursions.

While the food has good flavors the presentation in the buffet is not good. Restaurant inside has no air conditioning. Extremely disappointed that you can’t use the themed restaurants everyday instead only 1 each 4 nights. There is no mezcal in the offer.

Cleaning staff is really loud. You won't be able to sleep past 9 am. I tried to even with a hangover and I could hear them moving forniture around and talking. It didn't happen only to me. Make sure to point this out when booking so maybe you do not encounter this issue. Food at lunch time and breakfast is a hit or miss in the buffet.Dinner is fine in the buffet. You can do a reservation for a Mexican or Italian restaurant for dinner. I tried the Mexican one and it is ok. Food 7/10Bar/party stops at 2 am which is not good if you are really into partying. Volleyball net is not available all day. Only from 4pm to 5 pm.Snack restaurant near the pool do not expect much (fries, nachos, pizza, burgers).

I had a great experience at the resort. Everything was well-maintained, the property was clean, and the location was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the stay even more comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the food. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the options are very limited. The resort should consider adding more vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes to the menu.

The breakfast was excellent convenient hiur from 7am to 11 am , also the buffet was delicious from 12pm to 3pm. The bartender of the pool , Mr Santos was super cool, very nice, customer oriented, bring us a great service, excellent and very professional ?

Need more staff in the cocktail bars

Our room was great. We loved the peaceful view and surroundings.The food at the buffet was spectacular. You need to put out a recipe book for customers to buy!! Loved the ice cream, the drinks, the snacks, the travel office. We had the best time. Thank you!

The surroundings are beaufiful, the beach also great. Clean rooms.

Dont pay for premium!!! The restaurant wasnt very good with poor options. including the italian (breakfast was ok). They only have one type of wine (red ou white) and it was not good at all. Premium is not worth it as they dont offer better options if you drink wine. They have a big problem with not enough waiters and not enough wine glasses! Often at night we couldnt drink anything because there were no glasses at the bar. And we payed Premium! When you ask for wine at the bar next to the pool they give you a normal plastic cup that tastes like a previus drink somebody had had before you. They dont wash it properly! We also had difficulties to arrange bedchairs at the beach. They dont control whos occuping the premium reserved area and all the bedchairs are occupied by flipflops ou towells when you get there.

the hotel is completely beautiful, you feel connected to the nature with the rooms between big trees and a natural cenote, the sound of the water was so relaxing
