Hotel Las Americas Golden Tower Panamá

The shower door was broken and water spilled over everything. The did fix it but then there was almost no hot water.

This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is very present and hospitable. I don¿t speak Spanish and almost every staff member spoke English. I arrived early and they let me check my luggage in and even check in an hour early

The ONLY positive thing I have for this hotel is¿ sometimes they had hot water.

Hotel employee at reception had horrible customer service. Took 7 hours to get towels. Bathed/dried with my own shirt. Housekeeping arrived at 9pm to clean room despite Do Not Disturb sign. I¿d recommend the Riu or Sortis, or anywhere else over this sham.

Hotel employee was outstanding. Check in was very slow not enough people. Food on buffet ran out much. Quality so-so. Over all hotel employees were must helpful. He had much knowledge-he should be your fulltime guest relation person.

Great location and good price for the value provided.

Floor in the room was dirty, mold in shower, inconsistent room service, and theft of cash from luggage.

The aesthetic of the hotel and hotel room were modern and updated. The staff was very friendly as well. The best surprise was the breakfast buffet! A combination of hot and cold items that is offered was so much more than what is offered by other hotels.

Large room with nice bathroom and rain shower head. Only ate in the restaurant at breakfast, but it was very nice.

it seemed as if it wasn't fully operational. Absolutely no information in the room about anything. If it was available on the TV, I certainly couldn't find it.

We loved our spacious room, with a large walk in shower, and a gorgeous city view. Very comfortable be and, the room was quiet so we slept well. The room was cleaned well too. Breakfast was a great surprise, excellent variety of items- worthwhile.

No, nothing was amiss. Staff were also very helpful, especially the front desk and at the breakfast buffet.

Location, location, location!

One little situation: my partner took my room key with him downstairs, and I had no way of turning on the lights without it.

Rooms are a bit outdated, Need renovations. WiFi is very weak and slow.

Very comfortable beds. I am a fussy sleeper- plus, very good pillows and duvet. The room was huge and had a nice modern light decor and a big TV screen wall mounted. Floor to ceiling windows with curtains which could make the room fully dark. Nice bathroom area with rain shower fitting. No waiting for hot water.

The breakfast was not impressive. No option for really healthy dark bred. The jams could have been better quality.The pressed juices were not made the same day. The coffee served out of thermos flasks had no taste, this in a land that produces great coffee beans. Why not get proper coffee/espresso machines, for example? A huge hotel like this should be able to afford this as well. The pool was just ok. The roof top terrace area was not used and needed up keep.

The indoors pool was excellent for the kids because eve though it rained they were able to enjoy it! The breakfast buffet was also amazing, lots of options and that is specially helpful when traveling with picky eaters. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Not really a dislike, but maybe a suggestion. If you already know how many people are staying in a room, it would be nice get there and already have the right amount of towels. We only had 2 and the reservation was for four. It just saves the client the trouble.

The staff was very courteous, our room was always neat and clean, the breakfast was great.

The blasting music from floor 28 on Saturday night, it made the walls and window glasses vibrate which made it impossible for us to sleep, even when our room was on floor 22. That reason alone will probably prevent us to stay there next time in July.

The room is dirty The air conditioning doesn't work; even when I adjust the temperature, it still heats up to 74 degrees.

The location is really good, safe neighborhood. Several restaurant options. Close to several touristic places.Beds really comfy. The view from the room was amazing.Beautiful restaurant and delicious food.

The pool needs permanent cleaning, or at least they should require people to wear a swimming cap, as there was several hair floating in the pool.
