- Location, location, location!
- This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is very present and hospitable. I don¿t speak Spanish and almost every staff member spoke English. I arrived early and they let me check my luggage in and even check in an hour early
- The ONLY positive thing I have for this hotel is¿ sometimes they had hot water.
Cons -
- One little situation: my partner took my room key with him downstairs, and I had no way of turning on the lights without it.
- The shower door was broken and water spilled over everything. The did fix it but then there was almost no hot water.

Location, location, location!

The ONLY positive thing I have for this hotel is¿ sometimes they had hot water.
Hotel employee at reception had horrible customer service. Took 7 hours to get towels. Bathed/dried with my own shirt. Housekeeping arrived at 9pm to clean room despite Do Not Disturb sign. I¿d recommend the Riu or Sortis, or anywhere else over this sham.
